Return Policy

We offer a free 30-day return policy.
This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, and returning a product is free of charge.

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet one condition: the product must be unopened.

Exception: If the product has been opened, we may still issue a refund in certain cases. For example, if you received the wrong product (and only discovered this after opening it), or if there is a quality issue found after opening.

How to return a product:

✔ Send an email to hello@lanutri.eu or contact us via the contact page and mention your order number.
✔ You will receive an email from us with further instructions.

Return checklist:

✔ The order was delivered less than 30 days ago.
✔ The product is unopened.
✔ The product has been opened, but there is a clear reason for the return.

Refunds or exchanges:

Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund immediately.
If you do not see the refunded amount back in your account within 5 business days, please let us know right away.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
